Which MFD Printer is good? Looking for recommendations,

An NGO, RKM Trust, has asked me to help them buy a good MFD printer.

Their requirement is as follows:

1. They photocopy about 200 pages a month
2. Print about 300 pages a month
3. Need scanning capability also
4. Network support (ethernet) will be good
5. Only Black and White printing required
6. Running costs are extremely important for this NGO

I am looking for recommendations for MFDs that match the requirement above.  Please leave a comment if you have any suggestions.
